The Ukemi Way promises a shift in your mindset from managing to leading.
Wow! Christian gives us pause to breathe and reflect on how real performance is possible. The Ukemi Way oozes with intellect coupled with a more than generous helping of the value of true human engagement. I suggest removing the word Project from the title. The disciplined holistic approach presented in this book serves any leader that necessarily needs to effectively collaborate with people to achieve desired outcomes. Succent, profound aha moments with a few belly laughs for how the real-world works keep the reader engaged and wanting more. There’s a uniquely weird balance of research and models and facts juxtaposed with real life experiences that gives this book a bit of roadmap or hand-book feel. Certainly not a once and done read. It is a reference tool.
